Last year, one region of NAV CANADA presented a three-day Team Resource
Management course to tower controllers. I was the lead course developer
for that effort, and presented the course to almost 140 controllers and
Flight Service Specialists, in joint presentation with another
controller.
I would be pleased to discuss the course we offered, and its intended
follow-ons off this web-site.
