Gerry:

I am a recently retired Air Traffic type from FAA Headquarters in
Washington, D. C. I recall a joint effort that was underway in the
FAA's Southern Region in Atlanta. I do not recall if it was Atlanta
TRACON or Center or possibly both that were working with Delta Airlines
to develop an ATC related CRM program. Maybe your friend could contact
the training departments at those facilities and get the information
he/she may be looking for.

In addition, A Dr. Veronika Prinzo at the FAA's Civil Aeromedical
Institute in Oklahoma, City has been doing a considerable amount of ATC
Human Factor research. If I recall correctly her organization routing
symbol is AAM-510. Sorry I don't have her phone number. Your friend
can get it from the FAA phone director by looking up the AAM-510
routing. She is on the FAA's internal internet system.

Hope this helps.
