Thanks for your sincere response. Actually I am a new cabin safety instructor. In my airline, CRM has not been implemented in the cabin crew training program but I know CRM is very important to
minimize the human factor/problem and enhance communication in the workplace. I did found plenty of info. and CRM manual on the web site "www.caar.db.erau.edu" but I couldn't find those info.
especially designed for cabin crew.
Is there any cabin crew CRM training manual on line?
For a new airline, how should the first CRM (cabin crew) training be organized?
What is the difference between cockpit resource management and cabin resource management?
How should the C (cockpit)RM be incorporated with C (cabin)RM?
Where can I take some CRM training?
Once again, I am very new in this area. I only know little of things about CRM. Thanks for your assistance and kind response.
