use O2 bottle during landing.

---------------------------------
In most cases the use of O2 by the passengers and/or crew is not
necessary all the way to landing, especially if its use was required
to do pressurization problems. By the time the cabin reaches an
altitude of 10,000 to 14,000' it is simply not needed. In this case
it was by wise to stow it properly before landing.
A VERY important exception to this would be if the use of O2 was the
rusult of smoke in the aircraft. In which case, "securing" the
bottle wouldn't necessarily be real high on the list of priorities.
Most of a flight crews actions during abnormal/emergency operations
are focused on risk management. In the case of smoke, if there was a
choice between properly stowing the O2 bottle (making it unusable to
the person(s), verses holding it in your lap and using it to breath
while smoke is pressent...."take the lesser of two evils".
