Thanks for your thoughtful response to my musings.
I agree with your particular orientation;
one of the key issues here being what context is the resource management
training within?
- to then consider the outcome goals and if / what assessment method is
appropriate.
Thus while there are many baseline similarities to this type of training at
different levels of the aviation domain, I suspect the process assessment
and outcome assessment (short term and long term) for domains as diverse as
the military, NASA, the airlines, general aviation, student pilots, tech
crew, cabin crew, maintenance, ATC etc etc will all vary dramatically;
especially across cultures, nationally and internationally.
