We in Malaysia Airlines have been conducting CRM courses with emphasis on
Culture for quite a few years now. Malaysia Airlines at the height of our
expansion has more than four hundred expats or about 40% of the totoal
pilots' strength. We would be glad to share with you some of our
experiences on Culture.
