We have worked with a woman named Sandy Purl (a former Northwest
Airlines cabin crew member). She was involved in a fatal crash a number
of years ago and has spent a considerable amount of time training NWA and
others in this area. She's made videos, spoken, etc. and I highly
recommend her to discuss elements involved in the training. You can
