Hi Konstantin:
Recentely I have a meeting with people from Taiwan (they have
multi-cultural
workers). I ask only one question relate to this: What are you doing to
manage
this cultural difference?.
The answer was very simple: well it not easy, but at the end, most of them
are
living here in Taiwan, so they need to learn our language and our
feeelings.....
