Hi Guy,
here you have some of the articles you can see on the issue.
I studied that curious phenomenon several years ago. It was presented in
some experienced pilots, particularly in helicopter simulators.
The best hypothesis I remember was some degree of "timr decalage" those old
simulators had, that was the reason why experienced pilots suffered the most.
Ther are some more explanations and details, but for this CRM forum, I
believe it's enough.
