Surendra,

The International Critical Incident Stress Foundation here in the US is an outstanding organization. Dr. Jeffrey T. Mitchell and Mr. Guy Schuller give incredible presentations. They have assisted several airlines as well as railway, police, fire fighting, and emergency medical technicians set up Critical Incident Response Programs should the need arise. They have also provided assitance out in the field as well. Most notably with the TWA 800 tragedy.

This group is a tremendous resource. They can be contacted at:

International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc.

Phone: 1-410-750-9600

I hope this helps.
