I am new to the group so I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Barry
Forster and I run the CRM department within Air 2000 Ltd in the UK.
I wonder if anyone can help? We are looking to update our presentation on the
"Error Chain" and are looking for any material we can find that will jazz it
up a little. At the moment we are using the Palm 90 incident as the example.
