Mark, a similar situation was described in an ASRS report except the Capt
initiated a go-around, changed his mind, and landed. If you're interested in
more comments, this case was the subject of a seminar discussion that is
summarized in the aviation.org library as "ATL Landing."

Also, referring to a Lear accident on Aug 13, 1996 at an airport near
London, I believe the accident occurred following the copilot's attempt to
initiate a go-around and the resulting cockpit battle for the controls.
