Tony,
Good technique ont the Go-Around calls. Crew members do respond
differently to key words. And other crew members need to only use those words
in the critical situation. I have seen aircrew members say: " Sir, you need
to call the command post immediately and get our rooms reserverd". And that
was on short final!
Question: ever notice how one Go-Around is acceptable..but a second Go-
around is unthinkable, even if the situation is far worse than the first
approach, another human factor barrier.
