You may be interested in my process in designing the capstone course of =
two-year college program. I am currently building the LOFT program and =
have found the NASA information, available at this site, very useful in =
writing both the student and instructor's manuals.=20

Now, if you have been down this path before, your guidance in designing =
detailed structured scripts for effective LOFT scenarios would be =
greatly appreciated. I am hoping to design an inventory of event =
triggers that can be categorized to degree of complexity and then =
selected appropriate to the lesson plan and the progress of the crew. I =
hope to design lesson plans that will not be procedurally intense and =
will be generic in format so as to make facilitation less complicated. =
Your experiences and suggestions will be beneficial.

Cheers!!!
