Howdo you train co-pilots to be good Captains (not PIC's)? My answer is
rather simplistic but here it is: Apprentice the co-pilot to a captain that
has good CRM skills. The captain should be giving the co-pilot instruction
in this area. You don't learn good CRM skills flying with a crew that
doesn't have good CRM skills!
