It's the way that the CRM list has been set up, plus a subscriber with a
full mailbox.

His mail server receives a CRM message
It notices his mailbox is full
It sends a message to the CRM server, saying the mailbox is full
CRM sends the message to everyone on the list, including the subscriber with
a full mailbox
His mail server receives the CRM message........

and, of course, this message will make it worse...

Will somebody please explain all these "Undeliverable Messages?" Is this an
AOL problem or something else?
