I understand you situation with the Cali workshop. Although I have only
worked with "classic" aircraft (B727), I would be willing to assist in
organizing the Cali workshop. Some of the factors are automation, but the
majority of them are directly in the human factors arena. Currently I am a
B727 captain at TransMeridian Airlines, Houston, and have worked as a CRM
facilitator.
