Folllowing Dr. Jensen's post, it may be of interest that the Human Factors
Group at the Royal Aeronautical Society has a research database of CRM
training resources, primarily videos and texts. It incorporates the
Transport Canada Progressive Literature Review, which itself contains about
200 annotated entries grouped by PPL/CPL, ATPL, Instructor/Trainer, and
Programme Developer.
The TCan bibliography is, I believe, public domain. The HFG database is
available in .BTN format for about $35.
I missed the original post so I don't know if a specific CRM topic was at
issue. I'll be glad to help if I can.
