There is a relatively new video series out called "Survival in the Sky"
with an excellent computer model and interviews on the Tennerife mishap. I
believe that the particular episode is called "Blaming the Pilot."
Unfortunately, I remember seeing it, but I can't recall who produced it -
maybe the Discovery Channel. Tony Kern
