The US Navy uses a pre-selection battery of tests that is designed to
evaluate a candidates probability of success/finishing the flight training
program. When I took the exams they were referred to as the AQT/FAR, though
I think the name may have changed since. The tests have an accuracy of
about 85%. If this seems like what you're looking for, I can probably find
someone who administers this test battery and get them in touch with you. I
hope this helps.
