I just got back from OKC where we had an Air Traffic Teamwork
Enhancement (ATTE) facilitator training class. Karen Fritz, who I
believe is a supervisor at your facilty, was trained in that class.
Karen has all the course information necessary to begin facilitating
ATTE classes...hopefully for both your facility and the tower.

I am the Southern Region NATCA ATTE representative and I will be glad
to provide any info you would be interested in.

A friend at the Honolulu Center has asked me for some information on CRM
for controllers. The facility perceives a need.

I know there are some resources on this discussion group and the web site,
however the web site seems to be down at the moment. If anyone out there
knows of FAA material or references that might help, I can pass the info
along.
