Dear Neil,

I believe that not only CRM but still every training should be topic for
innovation. There will always be work to be done.

At the moment we're at KLM working on a project to improve our complete Type
Qualification training with for us new ideas and new applied training
phylosophies. With for instance one of the results that we will no longer have a
distinction between groundschool and full flight. And that the trainee pilot is
able to make a complete automatic flight from A to B and back LOFT (from
preparation Cheklist till termination checklist) the 4th day after starting the
course (and the first time he's sitting in the simulator). The try-out was done
with a capt 737 transition to capt 747-400.
