There is an excellent 22 minute video produced by CRM Films called
"GROUPTHINK" which focuses on the management and decision-making issues
surrounding the Challenger. It is based upon the work of Dr. Irving L. Janis
(Yale). The subject matter expert for the film was Dr. Warren H. Schmidt
(USC).

We have been using this video for several years in conjunction with "The
Challenger Launch Decision" by Diane Vaughan as curriculum elements during the
"Managing High Technology" sessions of the Senior Law Enforcement Leadership
Programs in both California and Florida.
