As the CRM-DEVEL list has matured, we find that there are many excellent
topics that simply fall outside the relm of CRM and Human Factors training.
The recent discussions of oxygen and simulator IOS design are good examples.
In order to provide a forum for these discussions, I have created a new email
list called AV-INSTRUCT.
The AV-INSTRUCT mailing list is a forum for discussion of issues,
techniques, and processes relating to professional aviation instruction.
This includes classroom, simulator, and flight training as well as
instructional development, training technique, media, and materials.
I am confident that there are many excellent CRM/HF topics out there waiting
for this group to discuss them. As we do, I also invite each of you who has
an interest in aviation training beyond the domain of CRM/HF to join me by
