Glad to hear you will be attending the OSU conference. As we did last time,
the Industry CRM Developers Group will be having a business meeting (everyone
is invited) on Sunday before the symposium starts. If we can get someone to
organize it, we can also hold a social gathering after the meeting. We did
this last time and had over 50 members and friends in attendance.
On Monday we will be holding a workshop on "Best Practices in CRM". I will be
looking for input from the group on how to make this most useful for everyone.
As with past workshops, the results will be posted on the CRM Developers web
site for those unable to attend. I will be posting further information as it
is available.
