Dear Jo_Anne. I am very interested in your article on training transfer which was forwarded by a
colleague. I would dearly love to get a copy of the paper you refer to by R.L. Meyer Negative
Transfer of Training. Could you please advise wherer this may be sourced?

I have a deep interest in elementary flight training. I consider this to be the corner stone of
the future operational competency in respect of aircraft handling. With regard to CRM, it is my
view that this is a component of Flight Safety Management which deals in all aspects of safety
issues including both Cockpit RM and Crew R.M. I further have an interest in De Facto Crew
formation.

Can you please advise which University you are attached to?
