Hi group,

It seems to be the trend that CRM has to extend beyond the flight line =
and into the administration and management of an airline. This does make =
a lot of sense.=20
But how do you get management and admin to cooperate, or even show up at =
CRM training sessions? Their only excuse is "Sorry, folks - no time"
