I am writing on behalf of my colleague Fiona Stevens. Fiona instructs on
Human Factors with the Uni of South Australia and is the resident
psychologist for Lloyds (helicopters). She has been requested to provide
advice, information, suggestions on shiftwork / fatigue for the ground
maintenace troops working in Darwin. They currently work nightshift
given the extreme weather conditions. Any help, ideas, suggestions on
best practice for ground crew on shift work would be much appreciated. I
know that this may not be directly related to the interests of this list
but l thought it may come under the umberella of CREW / CORPORATE
Resource Management.
