There have been several papers presented at the International Symposium on
aviation psychology regarding the WOMBAT and its validation. Check with me
for copies of past proceedings.
The Symposium on Aviation Psychology has offered many papers on the topic of
LOFT scenario generation.
Have you checked my book, "Pilot Judgment and Crew Resource Management"
(Ashgate 802-276-3162) on the question of ab initio CRM training. I use it
as the text in a class on that topic.
