Hello, CRMers,

We, in Malaysia Airlines are trying out an evaluation exercise in LOFT =
and Line Checks where we catch-them-doing-right. What we do, generally, =
is give the candidates a model (based on the FAA AC on CRM, slightly =
modified to cater for the Organisational culture) and then see them =
emulating the behaviour. This is still in a very early stage and we =
would welcome any inputs,bouquets and brickbats accepted, from you =
fellow CRMers.
