Dear Capt Ratwatte

I am replying to your msg on Internet re your intention to set up a group
to be trained in counseling for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I would like to put forward my services and supply the following initial
information.

I am a registerd psychologist in Melbourne, Australia, specialising in
trauma counseling and stress management. I have been working for
AirServices Australia (formerly Civil Aviation Authority) for the past 18
years and am about to leave this organisation in May 1998.

I have been training peer support people and counseling staff for the past
15 years and have been instrumental in setting up a peer support program
for air traffic controllers and airport firefighters.

I am a foundation member of the Australasian Society for Traumatic Stress
Studies and was the first Executive Director of this organisation. I am now
the only honorary life member of this organisation.

My experience in the field of training and implementing trauma and stress
counseling is long standing and extensive. I am willing to supply further
details, should you so desire.

I would have no hesitation in travelling to Dubai for an interview and
could take up a contract in early June 1998.

Awaiting your reply

Kind regards
