Dear Randy,

I agree with you that apparently CRM is intended for those located in the
"great leagues". That was my first feeling when I began, but if you
continue reading this mail list, you will see very soon that most of the
discussions are applicable to GA. Some times you must to imagine How to
adapt it.

But yes, I also would like this Forum looks a bit more on GA specially
multiple crewed A/C, may incur into, mishaps that may affect well trained
CRM
airline crews.
