crm in general aviation

I am a student at Metropolitan State College in Denver, thus I am not
currently a developer or involved in a CRM program. I understand this
service is for people working in the industry, but hope that someone out
there wouldn't mind helping me out.
My Aviation Safety class is looking into CRM in General Aviation. I have
not had good luck in locating information directly related to this
topic. I am looking at student-CFI, pilot-controller, pilot-pilot,
pilot-plane, relationships. I can relate much of the commercial
applications of CRM, but feel that there must be some information on
G.A..
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
