>Don, you said, "simulator induced sickness can be a bigger problem for
experienced pilots." Frankly I didn't know that. In fact, I don't know
much about simulator induced sickness and would like to know more. Does
anybody in the group have a good source of information on this topic?

=====I have had two occasions of sim sickness and both were brought on by
terrible visual systems that had a severe degree of hysterisis with respect
to control input and expected airplane reaction. It does not take but just
a few minutes to blow the mind with sickness coming on fast. The particular
trainer involved was an early F-4 refueling trainer which seemed to make
everyone sick.
When I had a bad visual system in a 737 sim, I again started feeling
bad...this time the pictures were fuzzy and jittery.
Motion has made non-pilots sick but I have not seen any pilots get sick from
the motion system alone...always tied to visual stimulii.
Just some input for thought.
