Hello CRMers,

This is just 'nice to know' information (I hope).

The European JAA (Joint Aviation Authorities) requires that on a CPL Flight
Test (they call it a skill test) the candidate is also examined on
Non-Technical Aspects.
These aspects are:

Working attitude: following of procedures and rules, assertiveness, senses of
responsibility, self criticism

Management: information analysis, planning and anticipation, decisiveness

Cooperation: working together, team building (sounds CRM to me !)

Leadership: task orieted leadership, people orieted leadership (sounds CRM to
me again !)

These Non-Technical subjects are part of the skill test for CPL, IR and
higher.

I think it is a great idea that they do this.

Have a nice day and keep up the good CRM stuff.
