I'm pretty sure it was a B-727 somewhere in Alaska. Not too sure which company
it was but if memory serves me right it was a Major US airline. The end result
was that the airplane ended up landing long, quite fast, and on a slippery
runway. Needless to say it " departed the prepared surface" ie ran off the
end. I can't remember the gory details regarding the number of injured/dead.
I've seen the tape a couple of times in CRM courses and if anyone has a copy
of it I would love to bootleg a copy.
