I am urgently seeking a position in aviation CRM training where I could
employ my skills, knowledge and background. Currently I am able to work,
legally, in the USA, Europe, the UK and South Africa, and would be open to
positions anywhere.
I have seven years work experience in project coordination and facilitation
in South Africa. Recently I have completed my masters' in Intercultural
Management in Vermont, USA, where I focused on Training and Cross- Cultural
Communication. As part of my degree I completed an internship in Flight
Operations at Northwest Airlines which provided me with invaluable insight
into CRM training. My thesis research focussed on CRM in general aviation
training.
I would contribute the following to my new position:
*familiarity with human factors and crew resource management concepts
*awareness of cross-cultural issues through experience in working in a
multi-cultural environment
*project co-ordination and research experience
*facilitation and listening skills
*college education in Training Design and Cross-Cultural Communication
*commercial pilot's license and familiarity with aviation regulations.
If you are aware of any avenues or opportunities I could pursue or require
further information please email me at: wendy_at_net-info.com
Thanks, in anticipation.
