in the European Harmonisation and Integration of Air Traffic Control
Programme (EATCHIP) of Eurocontrol. I recently joined this CRM mailinglist
and noticed your request about CRM for ATC. We have given it a name: TRM,
Team Resource Management. TRM is one of the projects in the Human Resources
Domain of EATCHIP. A special taskforce, with ATM and HF experts from
Germany, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg and the
Netherlands,(how do you like our mix of cultures?) developed a report:
"Guidelines for developing and implementing Team Resource Management", a
European model for TRM.
We are currently developing a proto-type course with DEDALE, Michel MASSON (
