Greetings from the New York TRACON!
I would be most interested in seeing any information about your TRM program that
you could share. Unfortunetly, at the present time, there is no formalized
Human Factors training being conducted at the NY TRACON. However, I am trying
to gather as much information as possible so that when such training is
attempted here, I can be reasonably assurred that it will have useful and
practical applications to our environment (as opposed to a re-hashed version of
CRM that was deemed obsolete 10 years ago).
