My name is Michel MASSON and I am project manager in a French Company called
DEDALE.
We are currently developing a prototype of CRM for air traffic controllers
called TRM (Team Resource MAnagement), on behalf of EUROCONTROL in the frame of
the EATCHIP programme (European Air Traffic Control Harmonisation and
Integration Programme).
The goal is to produce during 1997 a prototype of a European of TRM.
This prototype is then expected to be adapted to cultural, team work and
technical characteristics of the nations involved in Eurocontrol.
The 2 persons the most closely involved in this project at DEDALE are:
Mr Jean PARIES, Civil Aeronautical Engineer, former aircraft accident
investigator (especially for the A320 crash in Strasbourg), and Manager of the
Company, and myself (PhD in Psychology).
