You have to decide if you want a lecture or a discussion. Our experience
is that effective adult learning takes place when there is a good exchange
in which people have to form their own opinions and defend them to the peer
group. Unfortunately it takes time to get the show on the road. You have
to lay some basis for the discussion and you can't force people to
contribute. It takes time to get started. A one hour class just does not
get there. In a one hour class you will be doing most of the talking.
