ATC CRM RESEARCH

My name is Tom Fletcher, and I am currently assigned at Randolph AFB TX
as an air traffic controller and CRM program manager. I have been working
on developing a CRM program for Air Traffic Controllers during the past
two years. I have been using resources from San Antonio FAA facility,
FAA Southwest Region, and University of Texas. I would like to know if
any other subscribers are working on any research for Air Traffic Control
CRM, other than what Dr. Sharon Jones has accomplished at the University
of Texas. I also work as an adjunct instructor for ERAU. Please send any
