Good job! We know it's tough. Similiar problems arise in all tactical
CRM training.
Once it's brought out that CRM as a cockpit tool my not directly apply to the
flyer and their machine. In that pilot -machine integration is really pilot
technical profeciency things. They must know the machine and airmanship.
CRM fits when they fly the mission and are part of a bigger team: AWACS,
ground control, user forces, wingman, etc. Then it seems to fit.
