The same with glass cockpet. SOme pilots like it, while on the other hand
some just like the old fashioned gauges and do not seem to accept the new
technology that comes with the glass cockpit, although they will admit that
it is fancy and more advanced than what they are using now.
The number of pilots out there in the world is very large. Diversity in the
type of people is large too. So I am sure one will find many types of
people and opinions about CRM.
I am not implying that some might see CRM as a bad idea. (its hard to see
how some one can do) but when it comes to the actual implimintation it might
be a different case.
