Chris,
You are right,1 hour is not enough to cover CRM skills. Once the folks have
the language and a basic understanding of the principles, they can use the
skills in ALL ares of operations. Planning the squadron picnic or flying a
low-level nite sortie.
To me the trick is to have CRM ingrained in the culture, so thay the group
always use good CRM so that in the real critical times (two engines out,
haevy weight take-off) their interactions are CRM based. Excellance requires
teamwork. Teamwork can be practiced any time anywhere.
