Chris,
Air Force Reserve c-17 crew members recieve the same training that active
duty crews accompolish. All AFRES crews have always duplicated active duty
currency requirements: simulator, course work, flying requirements, etc.
There is no difference in the seemless Air Force. Reserves do utilize their
time much more effectively. They compact, condense and creatively schedule
themselves to accomplish their goals. CRM is a natural order of business
just by the nature of what they have to do in the time available.
