The CRM materials on management are legion and some get pretty specific.
However, if you are refering to general management materials for the GA pilot
or for pilot aspiring to a management position in aviation, then most of the
university libraries would have a fairly comprehensive selection. I suspect
the problem would come in separating the wheat from the chaff.
I guess I view the "stimulus" to be from within the individual. Given that,
guidance as to where and how to go is the key and maybe should be the focus
of the effort. The advantages are probably dependent on what the individual
sees as his goals.
