Neil,

Thanks a lot to you and especially to Bill Buffer for this information.
Milagros Ramirez and I, the Latin American specialists here, have been
doing a study on this accident, and really appreciate Bill's
perspective. Tell him that we will certainly honor his requests
regarding publication and keeping the information within the industry.
