Dr. Merritt: you have correctly diagnosed me via e-mail. Consider
doing this as a business! I have always been an unstable extrovert
and resistant to rules. I was using the 2 examples of cultures,
which you have also experienced, to illustrate cultural differences,
rather than ideal CRM. CRM is not only optimal, but essential, in
unusual situations, those in which simple adherence to structure and
