Thanks for sharing this example, which is applicable in nearly all work
environments. The philosophy is simple: We are part of a TEAM where we all
have an INVOLVED role, and our contributions are valued.

The leader of the team doesn't necessarily know all, but the leader knows
how to make the best use of his/her valued resources (the team).
